Built at Leith, Scotland in 1903 for F.W. Sykes of Green Lea, Yorkshire. Sold US to Morton Plant in 1905. subsequent US owners were Jesse Livermore, G.W. Elkins, John W. Spreckels (with a period in the US Navy [SP SP-431] 1917-1920). Sold Canadian in 1928 to James Playfair. Sold to Robert Misener 1939 and to S.G. Powell Shipyard, Ltd., Dunnville, Ont in 1963. OUt of LLoyd's, 1968.
