Red Wing
The RED WING, built in 1943 in Chester, PA by Sun Shipbuilding & Drydock Company. Operated by USMC, originally a T2-SE-A1 tanker with registry #245195. Purchased by Imperial Oil Co. with new registry #177867. Renamed WED RING around 1958. Rebuilt and lengthened in 1960, registry changed again to 311463. Scrapped in 1987.
