Wilson Liner BAY BELLE a) CITY OF WILMINGTON at a landing. The steamer was built in 1910 for Wilson Line service between Wilmington and Philadelphia on the Delaware River. Years later, rebuilt as BAY BELLE, she ran excursions at Baltimore, MD for Wilson Line.
