S.S. Put-in-Bay
PUT-IN-BAY 3/4 view at dock with crowd. Built at Wyandotte, MI in 1911 for Ashley & Dustin for service Detroit to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point and Sandusky. Ran frequently to Port Huron in final years. Last season, 1951. Sold for debt, 1953, and in October, 1953 burned in Lake St. Clair preparatory to scrapping of the steel hull and machinery.

S.S. John A. Meseck
Retired steamer JOHN A. MESECK laid up at Baltimore, MD. Vessel built as NAUSHON in 1929 at Quincy, MA for service to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. After WWII service on the English Channel, she returned to the U.S. and was reconditioned for excursion service at New York by the Meseck Line.
