Charles Dick
CHARLES DICK was built in 1922 in Collingwood, ON by Collingwood Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. Operated by National Sand & Material Co. in Canada. Her official number: 141678. In August 1971 she severed two underwater cables in the Maumee River, cutting power to East Toledo and Cherry Street Bridge, resulting in traffic jams. Scrapped in 1976, registry closed in 1982.
